This is another of those really old models that i havent had time to finish properly, so its lacking some nice things like proper gauges, and an interior. There's also the odd weird bit here and there. The other thing, is i took Cosmo's nice AE86 ini and sort of messed around with it, gave it the specs of the C10 and abused it more and more... ultimately the car handles pretty weird. The sounds might seem to be the same as the AE86, but the dirty secret i've had for a long time is that the AE86 uses samples from a KPGC10 with ITB's.. so the engine sounds may be the same, but they actually are from a KPGC10.

Personally i dont really like to release unfinished work, but with the amount of work i've had at work, i've had the release stalled for almost 1 1/2 years. All this things are going to get fixed one of these days when i have more time to work on the car, but i thought i'd give everyone a fun nice little car to look at.

tah, well knock yourselves out guys, its a while since i last drove the car, so it might just be a bit unpredictable... (probably not as bad as the bosozoku version, since the camber kept flipping the car on corners)

@_ the HCR should make its way into the public gaze once i've got a bit more work done on it, i've been going anal to get it nice, it's still a while off being perfect but it'll be worth the wait i hope.

for some unbeknown reason, stylistically this car reminds me of the 1971 holden torana.

there is a version without the front lip, if you go to the car ini and find the lines that say

Code:
model
  {
;Stock Model no Spoiler
;file=n/a
;Stock Model + Spoiler
[color=red];file=C10body.dof[/color]
;Stock Model + Spoiler/Front Lip
[color=red]file=C10body0.dof[/color]

and change it so that the comment ";" is on file=c10body0.dof and uncomment file-C10body.dof
so it looks like

Code:
model
  {
;Stock Model no Spoiler
;file=n/a
;Stock Model + Spoiler
[color=red]file=C10body.dof[/color]
;Stock Model + Spoiler/Front Lip
[color=red];file=C10body0.dof[/color]

and that should do it...

i didnt put a version without the spoiler mainly because the body has a texture shadow textured on the wing struts.. and it looked weird having two black blobs on the boot of the car.

you might need to re-badge the car in the texture too then Tongue (the side/rear and grill emblems)
