Yea I am not sure about the battery either. I was looking online before I got it and it seems like it's rare for them to be replaced, also honda did have a 8 year warranty on them so I think it will last few more years. When it does need to be replaced I would like to get something with more capacity  because when you're going up hills it runs it down pretty quick. Although a turbo would be nice too... lol.

Love these! Wish they were a bit older already so they would be less expensive haha

Any idea on how long the battery pack last on these? Might be a bit too soon to really know maybe but still. I really wonder how these cars will be in 10-15 years.

Didnt last long sadly, I sold this end of januari and bought an Audi A2 1.4 TDI.

I changed jobs and drive 160km a day now XD

1:10 - 1:14 and euro 98 is a bit too expensive doing 800 km a week...

True parking is an issue full stop Tongue
At least this gives me a few more opportunities to park.

It is a riot to drive, I think they put the 20mph limit in town just so I could spend my life doing first gear pulls between lights.... lots of pops and bangs Tongue

Hate to say it, the 32 feels less relavent nowadays Sad

I'll admit that I'm more surprised to see you're somehow finding space to park it, than the choice of vehicle grin The 595 certainly seems to fit your list of requirements. Outside of the Kei cars you hinted at, you're quickly running out of options, let alone "Smart" ones (oh, dear!)...

Have fun!

The BNR32 is fun, but stupid in town on bad roads, turning circle of the cruiseliner, and there's pretty much nowhere to use the power. (and i've not driven it in 2 years, bar a couple of short trips and taking Cosmo out for a run on a murky day,... so no chance of scaring him)

The RRS is handy, great for camping, long distance travel and like cruising around in arm chair, but terrible on fuel in town, and yeah its fairly big being a pimp machine and all.

So, I need a general car to get to work, could be fun without getting arrested, was cheap on tax/fuel/insurance/parts, lightweight, and city/carpark friendly.

Was going to go mini, it's an obvious choice, but they've been getting more and more bloated as time goes on, and the new Cooper S models have "crayon modder" aero growth on the front, we'd have laughed if someone made it as a fantasy mod back in the day! plus the offset speedo is weird.
Of course there's always french stuff, but i don't like them... at least not since the R5 Turbo, or 205 T16, or Mk1 Clio Williams.
Ford, nope too much aero on anything remotely hot.

Answer was..

Abarth 595 Competitzione (180bhp)
a) Cheap
b) I like the cute kei car looks (and it still kinda resemebles the original)
c) Cheap
d) Is actually fun to drive, like good old over powered light weight cars used to be, it's been a long time since I actually enjoyed driving, its been point A to point B for so long.
c) oh and it's cheap

I was going to go yellow, with all the carbon stuff, but in the end settle on a more subtle two tone with the late 90s JDM style white supersports Tongue
