I read this name as 東条雄一 (Tôjô Yûichi), but I'm unsure about the lower part of the second character being a bit unclear even after some PS work.

hey thats better then nothing  .

i was attempting to find individual characters and i wasn't sure how they form a name .
its amazing language at lest from my point of view .

i couldnt even figure out how to make the characters on my computer by the way once i incrased the "font size of them "

you did pic the exact ones  maybe font is differant then when written but the the last part should be curved and the on part should look like a open top 4
東条雄一
google translates it as Touzyou Yuuiti
(Tôjô Yûichi) both come up with nothing Sad

cosmo thanks for your help anyway Smiley

after messing with google translator lol
i put spaces in the name  and got  Takeshi Hazime of East

after some looking up i found that there is a Takeshi Hazime that made or makes traditional swords here in the usa
