If you know how to make cars in ZMod the only thing you need to do is learn Blender interface and keys. Rest is similar but faster - basically extrude, loopcut and don't forget about recalculating normals.

If you don't know how to make 3D stuff at all then you should move your fat ass and learn. NOW!

If you want to learn how to use Blender try Blenducation - basic classes are free.
