Fantastic update, Endo. To point out the little add-on's you made to the building...lol: AE86 Levin blueprints, AE86 Levin N2 picture inside, the desktop photo you put on here a little while ago of the AE86 you've made, and a bunch of race queen photos...lol, nice little things to add. Maybe all AE86 photos, and a couple race queen ones for the final release? I think the main reasons I'm happiest with with this track is that (a) The frame-rate is very high, with the only exception being when you see the building (rendering/frame-rate speeds), and (b) The simple, but fun track layout & beautiful scenery. I only have one gripe about the track, and it's a small graphic thing. When you drive the car through the back door of the building, into the parking lot, it's like you're driving through glass (see the attached pic to get what I mean). I actually have a suggestion for how to use that space in back of the building: Why don't you keep the existing parking lot, and then add a parking garage to drive up inside of behind the parking lot (like a 4 or 5 story one with an open deck on top)? Despite the modeling time, that would add a nice compact area to screw around in (not to mention, fun). Oh yeah, I almost forgot....you were talking about adding a touge road that approaches the track, right? You could always attach the existing touge track by nikn that was on the RSC boards, with his permission, of course (I'm talking about this track:
http://forum.rscnet.org/showthread.php?t=186546 ). Since it's very short, and it's similar to your track, it should be pretty easy to adapt to Sakura's theme, not to mention that it would be a cool track to lead down to yours. Very impressive...I'm loving the track a lot, and I'm looking forward to driving it with the finished AE86 & DR30 when you've finished them, too. Attached are the screenshots I took. Let me know what you think of my suggestions, too.
