Update 06.11.05

The Advan sponsored cup car used by Keiichi Tsuchiya during the mid-80's in the Fuji Freshman series at the start of his racing car, modified ini to reflect a works tuned car, slight increase in torque, lightened body and improved sports suspension. A stock car.... so don't expect a rocket. Visual changes are the Advan Kurata race livery, Advan A3A rims, stripped interior, rollcage, bucket seats and Keiichi Tsuchiya behind the wheel...

Very nice all around.  This car just gets better and better.  However, I spotted a little glitch.  When the lights are on and the view is set to the driver's seat view, the dashboard does not light up, but it does in the view looking across the passenger compartment.  I checked this with a couple versions of the car, it happens on both.  Knowing how much of a perfectionist you are, Endo, I thought you might care to know.

I do have one more comment to add, however wonderufll they are, shouldnt the fujiwara have abit more performance? Just seem's abit difficult to throw around  But what do i know

@ signorpigrone: It's a bug with racer unfortunately, when the game is in car view with no HUD then the game doesnt use the headlight model, so the pop ups won't show either, there's a way around it but it means no HUD at all, or you could have one if you don't mind it blocking the dash view... its one thing i really hope can be sorted out in later versions of racer.

@mclanta : the fujiwara is still stock, but it drifts easy enough since it uses the GTapex ini rather than the GTV ini, so you have a LSD, and i think the suspension is a bit better too, its just skill you know, and the GTV is just as driftable, but without the LSD means you've got more of a challenge. Cosmo's got a 4th stage ini knocking about somewhere....so one day it will make an appearance and i'll swap it into the 4th stage car.

Im not complaining at all dont get me wrong Its definately very driftable esepcailly with the Limited Slip, Personally i like the black limited the best Something about the snowflakes i just love     Overall very nice and defiantely one of my favorite cars in game.

Congrats on this wonderful car, i've been watching closely since the first beta... y'know, the one that was extra-driftable and had a gap in the middle welding the two halves together

but you can call me ignorant, n00b, lazyass or wathever you want, but can someone explain what the diferences between the '83 and '85 models are?

The only real difference is cosmetic, the bumpers, front indicators and rear lights are the only diffences, inside there's some changes, like the seats are different (not in the model though.. since i shose the later model seats)

performancewise.. its the same car..

its just for the people that like one version and not the other... then again if they prefer the 2 door coupe, i can't help lol

I'll have a look at the link, might be one of those typo's that i commonly do.

Say what? I'm not sure if you actually compared the old and new ini(s) with a wheel - main improvements to the car are in the handling...

Really, great work you have done here, the two of you.  This is one of my fave cars in Racer.  I just wish I had an FF wheel to use, so its easier to drift around the Laguna Seca and Nurburgring.  Looking forward to the latest ini version in the 4th stage model...more power to you

hi it seems that my computer have something wrong with the textures

for the cell shaded trueno(1st one) the whole care is black with red headlights

for the normal fujiara trueno the car is mostly perfect except it has red headlights as well

i was wondering as well how to set the camera in racer to behind ur car, the only 1 i got to was the one thats like behind the car but on the ground so i cant see anything in front of the car

4ev3r: Seems like you are running Racer version 0.5.0 final or similar old release versions. As it says in the first post, upgrade to at least a version of 0.5.2b74 or higher, I recommend v0.5.2b9.0 or v0.5.3b2.0.
The reason why you get texture and camera errors is that those older version simply didn't support the used commands, yet.
