pics http://www.gtapex.com/05cpu.htm

Sony Vaio PCG-U101 (current home computer, its tiny, but its pretty damn quick for the basics... plus i can run GTAIII lol)

Sharp PC-A280 (infuratingly slow... but was cool back in 2000)

my computer's wack too.. i've got a dell dimension somethingorother, 2.8ghz P4, 1GB ram, and a 256MB ati radeon 9250 PCI card.. and a big CRT that takes up a ton of space runnign at 1600x1200. it's totally useless for any sort of gaming.. i get a blazing 10-12FPS in racer at 800x600 with live envmapping on..

finaly i got something that is worth mentioning

Mobo: Asus M2N4 - SLi
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 4600 X2 AM2
Graphics: inno3D GeForce 6800XT 256mb PCI-e
HD: Samsung Sata2 160GB
Ram: Kingston 2gb DDR2 667mhz
Powersuply: SevenTeam ST-420bkv ATX

and the other natural things as coolers and drives... slowly i'll build it up.... since the mobo is really expandable (SLi allows me to have 2 graphics card working as one... as long as they are from the same type/brand)

my main concern now is installing the OS and transfering almost 15gb of info from my old pc to my new one without having a lan... time to test the bluetooth capabilities.... Tongue

I'm almost done with the file transfer... nearly 2 days with a 1gb pen drive = hell of pain...

but...

I'm soo damn pleased with the new rig that i can't even say it.... everything works well and fast... must be because i still didn't download the usual crap from the internet....

but it'll take a bit while till i connect it onto the lan i think...

the case i'm using is this one http://www.oficinadosbits.com.br/products/Products.asp?codigo=2605

I SO would have liked to steal that A64 X2 from the photo if it was "virtually" possible.
